After earning a B.A. with honors in Professional Writing, Karin began her writing and editing career in corporate and nonprofit communications, and her writing has appeared in APEX-award-winning publications. Karin next moved into the world of publishing, working on nonfiction projects for publishers including Prentice Hall, Wiley, Southwestern Collegiate, and SAE International. While she continues to edit a wide range of nonfiction publications, her love of fiction allows her to refine novels, short stories, and children's books with an editor's precision and a storyteller's intuition.
