With a passion for history, Robert Jacob has been involved in historical interpretation for over 40 years.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he earned degrees from Duquesne and Virginia Commonwealth Universities, and served in the United States Marine Corps for 31 years.
Award-winning author of two books, “A Pirate’s Life in the Golden Age of Piracy” and “Pirates of the Florida Coast,” Robert is a lecturer and public speaker who has appeared on the History Channel.
I am currently serving as the President of FAPA.
